The location is fantastic, right by the train station. The roll-away bed was uncomfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub experience a lot during my stay. Friendly staff made everything smoother.

We loved how close we were to Hibiya Park, just a short walk away, and the convenience of being near Tokyo International Forum made our explorations super easy. The staff really went out of their way to ensure we felt special, giving my kids personalized booklets and Japanese gifts that truly made our stay memorable.

The huge living room was a nice surprise, and the quiet location made for a restful night. Definitely get a room away from the rails for peaceful sleep. My favorite was enjoying the comfortable lounge area after a day out exploring.

This was a top selection for a city break in Tokyo with good price value. The concierge recommended the best route to the National Museum, which saved us a lot of time. Definitely check out the bar for an amazing view at night.
